Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on [25.09.2025].

We at LeanMovers are working to make our site {www.leanmovers.ca} accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We are committed to providing an accessible experience consistent with the B.C. Human Rights Code and the goals of the Accessible British Columbia Act. Our aim is to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content and to accommodate accessibility needs for our moving services.

Our commitments

  • Provide information in alternate formats upon request (e.g., phone support, large-print PDFs).

  • Offer multiple contact channels for quotes and customer support (email, phone, web form).

  • Train staff to communicate effectively with customers with disabilities and to accommodate needs (e.g., extra time, clear pathways, respectful handling of mobility devices).

  • Work with buildings/strata to coordinate elevator and loading-zone access.

  • Continually improve our site and services based on feedback.

Feedback & requests for accommodation

If you encounter any barriers on our website or during service, contact: leanmovers@hotmail.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days with next steps and timelines.
